Today has been such a fun day. I started the day at 5:30am decorating the spin room and one of the spin bikes for my bestie, Meredith’s birthday. The entire 6am crew was there to celebrate her birthday with a kick ass spin class taught by Kyle. I also gave out 5 cans of silly string for people to spray her with upon entering the gym and during the ride. It was an amazing class, and it is just so much fun to have so many awesome fitness friends.

Then around lunch time, I got a text from one of my clients/friends, Lantie, who is on vacation for the week. The text read “No excuses, even on vacation!”
She is SUCH a badass and I love her so much. These pictures made my day! And yes, there is actually sand in the bucket.
I then got a massage from the Magic Man himself, Bob Hamilton (more on him later, I need an entire blog post for that.)
