So here’s the truth, I don’t really like salads. Pretty ridiculous, right? I mean, I pretty much eat one every day for lunch. I’ve always been the person that picks out all the good stuff and then leaves the lettuce in the bottom of the bowl. Miles always asks me why I even bother putting the lettuce in at all?!? Well, I finally figured out a way to eat all the good lettuce and actually enjoy it. My mom bought me this amazing kitchen tool as a gift, and it’s changed my salads (and level of enjoyment while eating lunch) forever.
Here’s the link.
When a salad is finely chopped, all the sudden it all mixes together perfectly and tastes about 80 percent better, and it’s seriously the only time that I will eat the whole thing. (Believe me, I’m not usually one to leave food on my plate). Anyway, go to William Sonoma and buy this for someone or just buy it for yourself. It’s the worth the money.
